Once you’ve made your deposit and sent us your booking form, we’ll confirm your booking directly, getting you one step closer to party perfection.

Each character brings their own story and set of activities to life, from princess parties with singing and games to superhero visits with dancing—expect a mix of music, laughter, and memorable moments! Each character steps out of their storybook with a bundle of fun activities tailored to your event. Think Elsa and Anna hosting musical games and singing, or Chase from Paw Patrol dancing with the kids. Expect glitter tattoos, balloon modelling, live songs, birthday cake celebrations, photo ops, and lots of smiles.

Absolutely! If you’ve got a party of 30, we recommend considering two characters to multiply the fun. But rest assured, our lively games and engaging music are more than capable of keeping the energy high and the kids thoroughly entertained. Parents, you get to relax and watch the joy unfold.

Our Children’s Party Entertainment services and Mascot Hire currently cover the following areas but are not limited to: Bewdley, Birmingham, Bromsgrove, Cheltenham, Droitwich, Evesham, Gloucester, Gloucestershire, Hereford, Kidderminster, Malvern, Redditch, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Telford, Tewksbury, Walsall, West Midlands, Wolverhampton, Worcester, and Worcestershire. If your location isn’t listed, reach out! We might still be able to make magic happen, with a modest travel fee of 25p per mile.

All deposits are the first step into the party planning and are non-refundable. If plans need to change, notify us within 24 hours with a valid reason, and we will do our best to accommodate the change.

Our packages begin with Mascots and Real Life Characters starting from £60, DJ Disco at £150, and other offerings varying based on details. Each event is unique, so prices can adjust based on what, when, and where.

Cancellation means your deposit won’t be returning to you. It’s part of ensuring our characters are ready and able to bring joy to every booked party.

No strict limits here, but if your party grows beyond 30 young guests, consider a second entertainer to ensure everyone has the best time. For Wedding Creches, we follow OFSTED guidelines for supervision ratios.

0 – 2 years – 1 adult to 3 children
2 – 3 years – 1 adult to 4 children
4 + years – 1 adult to 8 children

This is only if your child is solely in our care.

Absolutely. All our entertainers are DBS checked because safety and trust are paramount in bringing joy.

Indeed, excitement can run high, but it’s kind to remember there’s a real person behind each magical character. We encourage gentle interactions to keep the fun going for everyone. Staff will not tolerate abuse from children or adults. If staff / mascots are hit when performing, it is at our staff’s discretion to stop and leave the event. There will be no refunds.
